Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a deeply soothing treatment designed to help the body feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced. Absolutely fantastic hot stone massage at FLOW Massage with Kate in Bearsted. Kate was incredibly professional and welcoming, and the treatment was both relaxing and effective at easing my muscular aches and pains.
